ABSTRACT
An important argument against physicalism involves the conceivability of zombies: creatures that lack consciousness but are physical/functional duplicates of conscious humans. This chapter explores Katalin Balog’s response to that argument, based on the conceivability of yogis: conscious humans who can refer directly to their brain states even when those states have no associated phenomenal feel.
