ABSTRACT

In this chapter, different real-world cases are brought including the problems organizations encounter, followed by the usage of CAS as a lens to explore the problem, and to come up with the solutions to those problems. Before starting with the cases, it should be born in mind that there does not exist only one solution to a problem even if the same perspective is employed. This roots from the difference between the schemata of the persons inspecting and investigating the problems; however, in the cases of the presence of an organizational schemata, the suggestions and the advice will bear much more resemblance to each other.
