ABSTRACT

There is no doubt that we are living in an era of artificial intelligence, which means that it will continue to profoundly transform the world around us. We hope that these changes will be for the better, even though, at least initially, they are more likely than not to be challenging for all, especially for organizations and managements. Artificial intelligence as a technology uses digital resources in the form of big data volumes to predict the future, identify people and objects well as monitor processes and behaviors. The ability of machines and devices to learn and perform tasks independently is currently perceived by scientists, technologists and business leaders as one of the key catalysts of transformation worldwide. Therefore, every modern manager must adopt a holistic perspective on management issues, including managing organizational development, in their new environment saturated with thriving AI technology.
