ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on Trauma and examines the emotion in relation to Moonlight (2016, Barry Jenkins) which concerns the life (from childhood to early adulthood) of a Black gay male who bears the debilitating psychological scars of bullying and rejection due to his sexual preference.
