The certificate of Thomas Randelye, William Crounes and Willian Lavyn justice of peace of the county of Kent and John Stanford water bailiff of the port of Milton next Sittingboume in the said county viz. of all such shipping boats owners, masters, mariners, fishermen and seamen as be belonging and resident to the town and port of Milton aforesaid 19 November 1580 23 Elizabeth certified unto the right honourable Lord Cobham, Lord warden of the five ports.
