Box breathing is a very powerful yet simple exercise that the peoples can do anywhere. It's a relaxation technique that aims to return breathing to its normal rhythm and re-balance the nervous system. It can help to clear the mind, relax the body and improve focus. The act of gratitude in positive psychology is about taking the time to appreciate what the peoples have to be grateful for now. It's not just the big things or the significant moments in life but the practice of seeing the everyday moments.
