ABSTRACT

In today’s world, there is a demand for the organisations to integrate all the business processes. Further, due to the disruptions brought about by technology, all segments of an organisation — viz. employees, internal and external customers and top management — are experiencing intense changes. All are experiencing what is technologically possible, and if something is possible, HR is expected to provide it. Odisha Power Generation Corporation has recently implemented SAP, which is an ERP solution. The present case study examines the relevance and importance of various Critical Success Factors (CSFs) along the various stages of implementation of SAP.
