ABSTRACT
In this chapter we discuss the relation between ethics and cultural diversity. We first discuss the significance of culture and how we can approach cultural differences. Then, we will discuss into more detail the various levels at which cultural diversity may lead to dilemmas in ethics. We continue with exploring the role of business in cultural diversity. Finally we will discuss cultural differences at the country level, using the famous Hofstede model as a starting point.
