ABSTRACT

This chapter is dedicated to the study of the control centre and the personnel that will be employed there.

First of all, the tasks and responsibilities of the control centres will be examined.

Next the legal status and the legal nature of the control centres will be discussed, with particular reference to the legal rules to which the centres and their personnel will be subject.

The places where the centres may be set up and what legal consequences may ensue from each alternative will be the next topic.

This will be followed by a sub-chapter on who may own and operate control centres.

Finally, the status of the personnel that will be employed in the control centres will be examined.
