ABSTRACT
This conclusion gives final musings on the questions proposed in this book. It points to other frameworks that have impacted this work and that could speak to a broader audience. This chapter additionally calls for facilitators to engage in active and thoughtful reflections of their work throughout the digital storytelling workshop process from the planning period to the listening phases that exist after the digital stories have been shared and distributed. As such, the author contextualizes her own background and approach to digital storytelling facilitation and storywork. It suggests the need for continued growth in developing knowledge that speaks to diverse cultures and peoples. This chapter concludes with a call to understand the ways in which facilitators approach their work and their place within a larger schema of media production and political listening.
