ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on junior middle schooling. The first section introduces Lianhua Junior Middle School mainly from the perspectives of the teachers, students, and English teaching and learning. The second section describes the Special Education School in Xingwen County which is a nine-year school. This part first discusses a number of special education policies and how they are implemented. After that it introduces the running practice of the special education school in Xingwen County and its teachers and students. Overall, this chapter presents a picture of junior middle school and special education in the county.
