ABSTRACT

Bello Nock is a part of the Swiss Nock circus dynasty. Having lived in the circus from birth, he became known as “the World's Greatest Daredevil” and Time Magazine described him as “America's Best Clown.” He has performed his shows and stunts at venues as well-known as Madison Square Garden, the Rose Bowl, and the Statue of Liberty. He was the first performer to have a show named after him by the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He has performed regularly with the Big Apple Circus over the course of eight years. Bello Mania, at the New Victory Theater in New York (2013) was nominated for a Drama Desk Award.
