ABSTRACT
This chapter combines case and IM/TN for undergraduate students in a reflexive model, and a more sophisticated model for graduate students that takes into account their more advanced knowledge base. Both models are defined, and technical instructions and lecture material are provided (15 exercises/worksheets).
