ABSTRACT
This chapter provides background about case writing. It describes teaching cases (as opposed to research cases) and discusses where to draw the line between reality and fiction in case writing, the case iceberg, why and how to use cases in the classroom, and why you might want to write one yourself, including reference to AACSB standards (five exercises/worksheets).
