ABSTRACT
This chapter is a reminder to create a safe environment and, where it is possible, to collaborate across the organisational boundaries. It is also a brief look ahead on problems that are starting to show up in innovation. Reliability and reproducibility of the rapidly expanding research is such a problem. The financing of business ideas that are based on hopes and not on real technology is another growing problem. There is a need for a technical due diligence to take place before funding new technology.
