ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the scaled pattern and sewing instructions to reconstruct the style of a fashion plate from 1787. Photos of the reconstruction using the pattern and instructions are included along with a brief description of my interpretation of the fashion plate and materials used. The instructions refer back to the master set of sewing instructions and are amended with instructions specific to elements in this ensemble.
