ABSTRACT

Setting up a data log is a crucial step for any writing center, and a workplace writing center is no exception. Workplace writing centers, however, will need to rethink the types of data they collect and how they can be valuable to designated stakeholders. This chapter will help users to consider where to house their data log, what privacy concerns to consider, and what data to capture. It will also highlight how to effectively present these data quarterly and yearly to leadership in order to support ongoing operation and potential expansion.
