ABSTRACT
This chapter concludes the volume, discusses the dire need for reform with police interrogation in India, issues raised with regard to Indian legislation and Supreme Court jurisprudence, and the risks for suspects’ rights arising at police interrogation as a result of these gaps and recommendations which can be effectively transplanted into India.
