ABSTRACT
This final chapter discusses lessons learned from the pandemic and strategies to help lower levels of turbulence in future crises by employing turbulence theory to monitor and assess crises. It discusses the importance of communication and community supports to successfully navigate high levels of turbulence and the importance of collaboration and community in overcoming and surviving crises in classrooms and beyond to prepare educators for the possibility of another similar emergency or life-threatening situation.
