ABSTRACT
The first section of this chapter offers a discussion on how archaeologists contribute to our understanding of the past and the very great impact their interpretations have for decades to come. A discussion on ethics is also included. The next section briefly outlines the theoretical frameworks to be employed in the book. The final section describes the layout of the book.
