The Introduction lays out the simple, obvious premises of the book, acknowledges the frightening climate crisis that young people are very aware they are facing, recognizes how voiceless and powerless many young people feel, provides a brief overview of Youth Climate Courts, describes their purposes, and offers young people a bold new way to effect real change in real policies of real governments. It also describes how to read this book.
