ABSTRACT
Chapter 1 describes the simple, easy steps for creating a Court and describes how to put a local government on trial. It lays out how the Court will summon a government representative to appear before the Youth Court to explain and defend the government’s point of view. It explains that the charges will be that the government is failing to adequately protect the human rights of its citizens, especially of its children. It also describes what a trial’s outcomes can be and what mandates can subsequently be required of the government that has been put on trial.
