Which specific human rights?

Chapter 3 describes a number of specific human rights norms that are put at clear risk by the climate crisis, some of which Youth Court prosecutors may wish to highlight when planning their arguments. It describes what each of those rights means, how and why each right is especially relevant to the climate crisis, and in which human rights declarations and covenants that particular right has been recognized and declared.
