ABSTRACT

What can we learn from this data? Chapter 8 compares the information from the current study with information from past studies and organizational change literature. This chapter assesses what each of these themes means for the state of sexuality in Catholic higher education and discusses future steps to take in research and in praxis, practically at one’s own university. This chapter describes a process for assessing an institutional climate and addressing issues of sexuality in various types of Catholic universities or colleges. This chapter concludes with insights from a theology of vocation.
