ABSTRACT

I read a book called The Oz Principle early in my professional life; my main takeaway was the importance of attitude and accountability in the corporate world. The book influenced me more than any other book I had read to that point in life and left me with one thing I always try to remember: your scope of responsibility is boundless. Have you ever seen someone who is getting ready to be bounced from the bar? In my experience, they always find someone else to blame for their actions, and they always claim there is some sort of misunderstanding. I have never seen someone get kicked out of a bar and take it well, but at the end of the day, the person getting the boot is responsible for their forced exit from the pub.
