The percentage satisfaction scores with the relationship are shown in colored traffic lights and numbers. It's possible to compare the respective perceptions quite easily by focusing on the colors. The main measures are listed on the left as are the softer aspect such as Trust and Commitment. The assessment came as a wake-up call and as can be seen in the bottom line figures below, the partners were able to affect a transformation. Good relationship management from the start would have prevented the performance degradation from occurring. A multi-agency local authority task force was set up to operate a strategy for children in care. Difficulties were being experienced in achieving joined-up working. The main operation was only working successfully 70% of the time, which was good when it impacted the lives of vulnerable young people. Transforms perceptions by promoting understanding of the way that partners view each other, thus promoting trust and co-operation.
