ABSTRACT

This chapter provides numerous examples of lawlessness highlighted over a span of five decades. Initially, these devious or immoral activities involve Fred Trump, Sr., son Donald, and Trump Management. Next, they involve Donald, the Trump Organization, and eventually include his three eldest children—Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. The chapter focuses on the successes of the Grand Hyatt in 1978, to the building of Trump Tower in the early 1980s on a foundation of mob-sourced concrete and stolen wages, and to the litany of failed businesses and bankruptcies. It then details the ends days after Trump has won the 2016 presidential election and he has agreed to pay $25 million to settle three Trump University lawsuits, including those alleging civil fraud and racketeering. To reiterate, Donald is a person driven primarily by insecurity, gluttony, and selfishness without much or any of the empathy and humanity stuff.
