ABSTRACT

This chapter helps the readers to know about how brand driven companies position Lubin Lawrence in the consulting landscape. Management consulting firms analyze the past. Their source of knowledge is historical data. If, for example, a company wants to analyze global promotion practices of a given industry, management consultants are engaged. The output of their analysis is a strategy supported by data analysis. Exceptionally focused firms such as ad agencies, digital marketing, and designers approach their projects conceptually. Their output is execution that brings a company's strategy to life. The Lubin Lawrence process is strategic and conceptual. Our task is to create the future. When the work is completed, executional firms are engaged to implement the solution. In many ways, the book is to teach companies a process that will help them manage the organization as it seeks to move from today to tomorrow.
