ABSTRACT
This chapter takes all the learnings from the previous book (The Strategic Alliance Handbook) and develops a generic model of implementing an alliance best practice programme. We call this programme Vision, Skills and Trust (VST). It then shows how the best practice model can be adapted for daily use by professional services companies with reference to the VST Alliance Optimisation Process.
