ABSTRACT
This chapter reflects on and evaluates the transformation toward sustainability in the coffee and tea industries. Key insights from the case studies are triangulated from the farmer and supply chain interviews are shared. The goal of this chapter is to reflect on the change that has happened over time in the coffee and tea industries and to look toward future possibilities and opportunities.
