ABSTRACT
Teacher leadership requires us to regularly reinvent ourselves as teachers. Reinventing yourself brings joy and excitement into our own lives and inspires our students to engage with our material. As we reinvent ourselves through lifelong learning, staying current with research, being reflective, going outside ourselves, embracing discomfort, and growing our network, we will grow in our career and impact on the lives of the kids we teach.
