ABSTRACT
Being a teacher leader can be challenging and demanding because of the workload and many responsibilities teachers take on. Teacher leaders are committed to their students, schools, and communities. They want to create change in the world, but they cannot do that if every day is a struggle to survive. If teacher leaders are to continue their positive impact, they must discover ways to thrive. One of the key contributors to their success is support from family and friends. Ultimately, teacher leaders keep going for the love they have for their students.
