ABSTRACT
Most people sense problems within the educational system but are unaware of what those problems are. Listening to teacher leaders and promoting teacher agency is the first step. Teacher leaders love to do quality and impactful work, so supporting them is the key to improving education. If unhindered by unnecessary requirements, activities, and micromanagement, and if given the resources they need, teacher leaders will naturally work to create positive change in the lives of their students.
