ABSTRACT
Teacher leaders must treasure their time and use it wisely. They must consider ways to make time for things that matter. It is not an easy feat because there is never enough time in the day to do every good thing they want to do. Teacher leaders find ways to create balance in their schedule and on their to-do list so they can save the special moments in life and do their best work.
