ABSTRACT
There are many places from which to start your journey to becoming a teacher leader, and you as a teacher can decide how you want to lead inside or outside the classroom. What matters most is that you start! Teacher leadership is integral to any successful school or community, and teacher leaders are needed now more than ever. If you work to lead out in your classroom, school, and community and don't give up, you will bless the lives of countless others and enact a powerful change in the world.
