ABSTRACT
Teacher leaders give back by identifying and championing the next generation of teacher leaders. If we are going to develop future teacher leaders, we must amplify the importance in our communities and expose teachers to opportunities. We must respect teachers so that they feel that they have the potential to lead in their school community. There is a space for anyone who wants to lead.
