ABSTRACT
In developing teacher leaders, it is important to educate them about teacher leadership. There are things that they need to help them navigate through their leadership journey. While on their journey, they will need you to help support and encourage them. When you are working with them, it is important to focus on their needs and interests when suggesting learning experiences. They should have control over their destination; your role is to help them get there.
