ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts discussed in this book. The book helps the beginning teachers to learn about their leadership position. Throughout the school year, they should stay consistent in their words, actions, and commitment to making their school a better place for students, staff, and the community. With a winning system in place, teachers will be organized in every aspect of their role, they will have the tools to proactively solve problems, and they will be able to respond to the needs of their school with ease. Effective instructional leaders will help increase the average amount of time the person spends as an educator. The burn-out rate for teachers is currently at five years and the lasting impact of the teacher shortages is devastating. Strong leaders help aide strong teachers to deliver instruction and help students.
