ABSTRACT
Mo has met every morning with teammates Serfino and Alexandra for 10 to 15 minutes since he and Sofia discussed the sprint board. Mo and Ricardo are in the office on Saturday morning, both landing in the cafeteria to jumpstart with a cup of coffee. Monday morning, Junior is in the office early as is Ricardo. Junior heads toward engineering, where he walks across the still empty area and surprises Ricardo. Mo shares leftover calzones with his lunch buddies. The instructor walked them through innovation excellence principles and showed them examples of how other companies have applied them. The instructor continues and begins to describe waste in an office setting. Most of the resources in R&D who work on new ideas are coming from the discontinued projects.
