ABSTRACT

On Monday morning, Junior receives via email a four-page letter from Federico Ricco. The first three pages are filled with nothing but disclaimers. The fourth page lists all the sources that were consulted in the assessment and more disclaimers about the drawings provided by Mo. Mo, Marco, Luca, Vinnie, and Gina are eating lunch outside on the Davanti patio. Mo texted them Monday morning that he had ample leftovers from his parents. The beautiful late-spring day has everyone in a good mood, even on a Monday. On Wednesday morning, the executive team is gathered for a six-hour retreat in Bardolino, about a half hour west of Fumane. Junior explains that the project management office (PMO) is a new function, and clarifies the activities of the PMO.
