ABSTRACT
Mo spent his weekend reflecting on the conversations with Johan, the racers, and the pivot with his project. He attended a men’s amateur race near Verona on Sunday and was able to speak with a race organizer and a few riders after the event. On Monday and Tuesday, he followed up on some leads that Marco provided—leaders from local bike clubs as well as a few riders who Marco knows from the ProSeries, a second-tier tour with races in Europe, America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Mo has also been reading a lot about lean startups and best practices in product development, many of which he intends to use for the Leonardo project.
