ABSTRACT
Claudia is the last to enter a small conference room near her office, which also serves as a work area for her sales staff. As usual, she’s dressed conservatively but stylishly and carries an oversized coffee mug. Claudia closes the door and gets right to business. Some of Claudia’s staff ask a few questions about the transformation, clear that Claudia has not shared many details beyond what they heard at Junior’s initial town hall meeting. Claudia answers each question as quickly as possible, and then moves on to the normal agenda of the sales meeting, going through accounts and action items for the week.
