ABSTRACT
The Davanti culture hasn’t celebrated problems and certainly hasn’t celebrated frozen or discontinued projects. More time with Marie has meant less time with Marco for a beer, but Marie is cramming for a new client engagement, and Mo is on his own. For Redlands Raptors, Davanti is a good partner. It gives them access to a high-quality manufacturing operation and distribution—at least in Europe—and the opportunity to expand their networks. Jennifer plans to spend the next four weeks at the Davanti headquarters to finalize the details of the joint venture. Carolina reports that they have implemented the shorter iteration times in R&D and moved the iterations closer together. The application of theory of constraint principles to the critical path of processes beyond the PCP has not progressed much. Some, like Penelope and even Vinnie, give Junior a warm embrace.
