The Volta team meets in the same conference room where a week earlier they kicked off their effort. Stella and her group have posted their NPV portfolio calculations on the walls around the room. Marco stands up next to the board and points to information on the premier line. Mo and Marco head to Bruno’s Birreria-Ristorante after work to grab a beer and a burger. They were thrilled when Bruno’s opened, the first of many craft breweries to spring up in and around Fumane. The Volta team invited Junior and the executive team to the conference room to review their portfolio work. They also removed all but a few of the room’s chairs, encouraging the leadership to conduct the meeting as a standup as they review information on the walls.
