ABSTRACT

This chapter outlines the different types of products used in the included menus as well as guidelines and expectations for each. The resources available to students vary within a classroom, and students should not be evaluated on the amount of materials they can purchase to make a product look glittery. Each menu has been designed to include products from all of the learning styles. Some of the products may be listed under more than one area depending on how they are presented or implemented. The specific expectations for all of the products are presented in an easy-to-read card format that can be reproduced for students. This format is convenient for students to have in front of them when they work on their projects. Students can spend an exorbitant amount of time asking the teacher about the products mentioned on the menu.
