ABSTRACT

Problem base learning, by definition, deals with situations that lend themselves to more than one possible solution. This is especially true for the final plan that a group might present in this simulation. However, as students work through the problem, it may be helpful for you to understand some of the clues built into the unit, as well as some of the false leads that have been created. This may help you to keep students from over-committing to a direction that will ultimately prove frustrating.
