ABSTRACT
Santa’s statement supporting Tinsel Green led detectives to eliminate Tinsel from the suspect list. He no longer had a motive. Santa: had arranged for him to remain in his same position as toy designer despite the reorganization. The detectives crossed him off the list until such time as additional evidence is found to incriminate him. Each day Yuley Gooch must report his progress to Santa. If he slips behind even one hour in his schedule, Santa has promised to press charges. The case began when Santa announced his plans for reorganization of personnel the first week in December. The suspects made the following statements when detectives asked them how their finger prints were found on the door to Santa’s office.
