ABSTRACT

The team leader would coordinate the communication between the general educators, Matthew, and his parents, as well as communicate regularly with the special education teacher. Matthew's success that school year was aided by a team approach implemented by the educators who serve gifted students with learning disabilities in his home school. Some universities offer undergraduate and graduate courses specific to identification and appropriate services for bright students with learning disabilities. Explore resources that will provide opportunities for students to develop their strengths, interests, and passions through mentoring, clubs, and activities in and out of school and share these with other staff members and parents. With the necessary resources and thorough understanding of these students, teachers can determine a precise educational direction and create a dynamic program that helps smart kids with learning difficulties overcome their obstacles and realize their potential.
