ABSTRACT

Teaching can be an isolating profession due to the nature of the beast. Of course, the dream or ideal situation is to have the entire faculty at a school interested in differentiation and to have a principal who understands that differentiation is essential if learners in the school are to make continuous progress. No doubt, the ideal situation would be to have every teacher at a school differentiating instruction to address the abilities, interests, and needs of all students. However, if all teachers don't seem to be interested, a classroom will be wonderful for their students if the people put differentiation strategies into play as often as possible.
