ABSTRACT

Having a reaction plan is a great way to deal with most of life's stressors. But in order for the plan to have the best success, it's important to fine-tune some of the skills the girls, including developing healthy lifestyle habits and boundaries. Mindfulness enables the girls to become aware of any negative chatter the girls are telling ourself, as well as any behaviors or habits that are counterproductive or pulling the girls away from our dreams and goals. Fortunately, the girls are developing the tools necessary to reduce the frequency of those moments, and enable the gilrs to regain our equilibrium much sooner.
